How often do you eat fast food? We’re all living busier fast-paced lives and many of us are grabbing food on the go where and when we can get it. And let’s face it, most of the time the meals we’re getting are courtesy of fast-food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King, Chipotle or Taco Bell. There are of course healthy menu options at most of these fast food establishments, but let’s face it, the healthy menu is a very small part of their overall offerings and revenue. So most of us are eating a lot of junk food on the go.
There are so many new delivery options too, like Postmates, GrubHub, Doordash and more nowadays so you can get your KFC and never even have to leave your sofa or miss that important scene from Game of Thrones. Some people just can't cook or hate cooking so much that they prefer to order pizza or Chinese Food delivery over hitting the grocery store and cooking up something themselves. So how often are you grabbing grub on the go or ordering delivery to your spot?
