Justin Trudeau is the Canadian Prime Minister and was recently caught on a CBC microphone at the 2019 NATO Summit in London, England. The video and audio, which has gone viral, shows British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, French President Emmanuel Macron, Trudeau and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte appearing to be joking and laughing about President Donald J. Trump's behavior during the summit. It is important to note that no one in the video uses President Trump’s name, but Trudeau has admitted that they were speaking about him. And the comments themselves seem to indicate it is the 45th US President, Donald J. Trump that they were speaking about.

The fallout thus far? President Donald J. Trump canceled a press conference and left the Nato Summit in London early, after calling Justin Trudeau “two-faced.” The entire quote for proper context is “Well, he’s two-faced. Honestly, with Trudeau he’s a nice guy, I find him to be a very nice guy. But you know the truth is that I called him out on the fact that he’s not paying 2 %, and I guess he’s not very happy about it. He’s not paying 2% and he should be paying 2%. It’s Canada, they have money and they should be paying 2%, so I called him out on that and I’m sure he wasn’t happy about it but that’s the way it is. Look, I’m representing the US and he should be paying more than he’s paying, and he understands it.”

But what does “two-faced” mean, you might ask? Two-faced is commonly defined as someone who is insincere or who acts one way in certain situations and then in a contrary manner in others. Example; A person who pretends to be your friend and then starts calling you names as soon as you leave the room.

We want to hear from you. Do you think that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is two-faced? And even if he is? Is our own President the one to cast stones at glass houses?
